Je prends deux minutes aujourd'hui pour témoigner de mes récentes expériences en lien avec la vente de mes deux propriétés de Montréal. J'ai fait des affaires avec quelques courtiers dans ma vie mais je dois dire que le travail de Patricia et Carlo surpasse et de loin ce que j'ai pu vivre comme expériences dans le passé. J'irai jusqu`à dire que cela va bien au-delà de ce que je m'attendais avec les mandats que je leur ai confiés. Patricia et Carlo sont tout d'abord et avant tout des HUMAINS conscients de ce qui va avec la vente de la maison, le lieux de vie des clients, des gens. Ils agissent avec beaucoup de tac, aucune pression, beaucoup de respect et de douceur avec nous leurs clients (on a l'impression que se sont des amis de longue date!!!). Il en est de même avec les visiteurs qui deviennent des acheteurs. Les différents services offerts vont bien au-delà de ce qui est le mandat d'un courtier normalement. Je suis en dehors de la ville. Je ne pouvais donc pas m'occuper de tout ce qui touche de prêt ou de loin aux activités et étapes de la mise en vente. Le service, le dévouement, prends tout son sens avec Patricia et Carlo. Ils ont fait affaire directement avec les gens en place dans mes propriétés pour tout organiser/prévoir les visites, le ménage, la mise en valeur de mes propriétés jusqu'à prévoir et offrir de tourner un petit clip promotionnel sans frais supplémentaire! Ils ont ensuite fait les photos et le ''home staging'' avec goût et sobriété. Ils m'ont accompagné avec énormément de patiente avec tous les documents légaux qui sont parfois un pur casse-tête ou un ''gobe-temps''. Ils se sont occupé de sortir les meubles et items restants suite à la vente, coordonner tous les trucs avec le futur acheteur, du ménage, aux frais de condo, aux dates des vidanges/recyclages et j'en passe!!! Enfin j'ai eu de la difficulté avec la notaire de l'un des acheteurs. Ils ont agit promptement pour corriger la situation qui n'était pas en lien avec eux afin que l'argent se libère finalement. Bref ils sont des PROFESSIONNELS au sens noble du terme, pas ce que nous appelions anciennement des ''agents d'immeubles'', de vrais HUMAINS SENSIBLES...des ANGES qui font des miracles...qui font que tout arrive à merveille sans avoir à lever le doigt! Carlo is the best!
He is charming and knowledgeable. He understood our needs and desires. We were very lucky that a friend recommend him as a realtor. We went in with zero knowledge about the process and came out with a house, a list of mortgage brokers, inspectors, notaries. Carlo organized visitations (we even had to go virtual for a bit), supported us throughout the process and was always there to help and guide us. We will definitely pay it forward and recommend Carlo to our friends.
